 How do you consume music?
When? Do you have a daily music routine? Is some music more suitable at a certain time of day than another?
I love to listen to music as much as I can I listen to it every morning and every night and also at school when I can. Music tends to help me get through the day and can really put me in a good mood or help me work. I always listen to music in the car which is every morning and after school. I listen to music a lot in a day because I enjoy it so much. I the morning as I'm getting ready I listen to music as it cheers me up and also at night when I'm working or just bored.

Where at Gigs, Car, School?
The place I listen to music the most would be my bedroom as I'm alone and it keeps me entertained and in a good mood and can also motivate me to get work done. I listen to it in the car all the time really loud as it means I can have that song stuck in my head all day which I enjoy most of the time. Listening to music in the car makes me excited to go anywhere and I love long journeys as I know I can listen to loads. I do love festivals but I think I prefer being at home and listening.

Who with? do you share your music or is it an individual experience?

I  listen to music with both myself and my family, in the car the whole family shares but when I'm in my bedroom I like to put my headphones in so its just me. Me and my family generally like each others music so we can share and not have a problem. Me and my friends listen to music together all the time whenever we can and we are all into the same thing so we can share.

How? radio, computer, ipod, tv, live, dancing, homework, getting ready ie doing other things - background wallpaper.
I listen to music on my phone and my tv and that's about it, I connect my phone to my speaker or if its late at night then I use my headphones. In the car I plug my phone in and play my music in the car.

Why? What are the pleasures associated with music consumption? What does it offer the audience and what needs does it gratify?
